¿Cómo se envían los paquetes?
Los paquetes de nuestro almacén en China se enviarán por ePacket o EMS dependiendo del peso y tamaño del producto. Los paquetes enviados desde nuestro almacén de EE.UU. se envían a través de USPS.
¿Envían a todo el mundo?
Sí. Ofrecemos envío gratuito a más de 200 países de todo el mundo. Sin embargo, hay algunos lugares a los que no podemos enviar. Si te encuentras en uno de esos países, nos pondremos en contacto contigo.
¿Y la aduana?
No somos responsables de ninguna tarifa personalizada una vez que se hayan enviado los artículos. Al comprar nuestros productos, aceptas que se te envíen uno o más paquetes y que recibas tarifas personalizadas cuando lleguen a tu país.

¿Proporcionan información de seguimiento?
Sí, recibirás un correo electrónico una vez que se envíe tu pedido que contiene tu información de seguimiento. Si no has recibido información de seguimiento dentro de los 5 días, contáctanos.
Mi seguimiento dice "no hay información disponible en este momento".
Para algunas compañías navieras, la información de seguimiento demora de 2 a 5 días hábiles en actualizarse en el sistema. Si tu pedido se realizó hace más de 5 días hábiles y aún no hay información sobre el número de seguimiento, contáctanos.
¿Se enviarán mis artículos en un paquete?
Por razones logísticas, los artículos en la misma compra a veces se enviarán en paquetes separados, incluso si has especificado el envío combinado.

Cancelación del pedido
Todos los pedidos pueden cancelarse hasta que se envíen. Si tu pedido se ha pagado y necesitas hacer un cambio o cancelar un pedido, debes comunicarte con nosotros dentro de las 12 horas. Una vez que el proceso de empaque y envío ha comenzado, ya no se puede cancelar.
Reembolsos
Tu satisfacción es nuestra prioridad número 1. Por lo tanto, puedes solicitar un reembolso o reenvío de productos pedidos si:
- Si tú no recibes el producto dentro del tiempo garantizado (45 días sin incluir el procesamiento de 2 a 5 días), puedes solicitar un reembolso o un reenvío.
- Si recibiste el artículo incorrecto, puedes solicitar un reembolso o un reenvío.
- Si no deseas el producto que recibiste, puedes solicitar un reembolso, pero debes devolver el artículo a tu cargo y el artículo no debe haber sido utilizado.
Hacemos no emitir el reembolso si:
- Tu pedido no llegó debido a factores bajo tu control (es decir, proporcionar la dirección de envío incorrecta)
- Tu pedido no llegó debido a circunstancias excepcionales fuera del control de Elite Elevates (por ejemplo, no autorizado por la aduana, retrasado por un desastre natural).

Si por alguna razón deseas cambiar tu producto, tal vez por una talla diferente de ropa, debes comunicarte con nosotros primero y te guiaremos a través de los pasos.

This made me cool with my nephew. A cool backpack that gives you the functions you are use to: being easy to carry, room for the items you need for the day and made out of a good material. The extra bonus, however, is the ability to sync through the app to make it part of your down-time. Love this feature, and it's really easy to set up. All you have to do is follow the instructions, and you'll have it up and running in no time.
Can’t speak on the durability of the bag yet. Only been in use for a week. But seems like a well built bag that will last the school year. Display is very cool and my son loves being able to change the screen. All his friends now ask their parents to buy them the same backpack lol. So now my son is a school superstar.

This is amazingly fun and cool! The only reason it lost a star was it is small. BARELY fit me which means it doesn't really fit with stuff in it. The same people have another bag that is a bit larger, but this bag is still amazingly fun

Amazing product I bought this almost a year ago and have worn it nearly every day its spacious inside and very easy to adjust the outside display. However It does NOT come with a power source you should buy it with a portable USB Charger. Also as one may expect. It doesn't handle rough travel well (tossing dropping or throwing the bag) the wires may short out.
One needs to carry a energy pack with u in order for this to work..

This has a great display and is comfortable. However, the software/firmware is still a difficult to use. You can setup a number of displays to run through but I haven't been able to delete just one. I have to clear all of them and then rebuild everything I want.
